BOOKING CONDITIONS

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Water, gas and electricity are included in the rental price.

The prices in our website the IVA is included

The tenant accepts the norms of the residence community (which will be given to him upon arrival) and refrains from doing activities which could be harmful, annoying or unhealthy to the neighbourhood

Bed linen and hand towels are included in the price.Big towels are NOT included in the price.

Bookings can not be confirmed before a deposit of 40% is paid. The balance has to be paid upon arrival in our office

Bookings will be maintained for a period of 48 hours after the planned day of arrival

In case of leaving the accomodation before the planned day of departure, no refunds can be made

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

You can check the availability of our properties on our website. If you want to make the reservation, please book ONLINE on our website. To confirm this booking you will have to pay a booking fee of 40 % by Bank Transfer or by Credit Card. As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you the the contract and the receipt by e-mail. If past 4 days, we have not received your payment receipt ( bank transfer), your Pre-booking will automatically be cancelled. The remaining balance has to be paid on arrival in our office.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Arrival

The tenant will have the property at his disposal as from 17:00pm on the first day of the rental.

High season: 11/07 to the 22/08 reservations only possible from Saturday to Saturday

Middle season: from 14/06 to th 11/07 and from 22/08 to the 26/09 reservations accepted every day from Monday to Sunday ( Sunday only open from 10:00h till 13:00h)

Low season: from 29/03 to the 14/06 and from 27/09 to the 26/10 reservations accepted only from Monday to Saturday ( Sunday's office closed)

Important: bank holiday's only open from 10:00h till 13:00h

The tenant will have the property at his disposal as from 17:00pm on the first day of the rental. Arrivals are possible until 20:00 pm at the latest. If you wish to arrive later then 20:00 PM, This will have an extra cost of 60 Euros. Should your arrival time change due to delays or itinerary changes, please inform us as soon as possible calling 0034 977 369015, before 20:00 pm on your arrival day.

ARRIVALS AFTER 20:00pm THAT HAVE NOT BEEN INFORMED BEFORE THIS TIME, CANNOT BE GUARANTEED BY LITORAL.

We inform you that we do not accept arrivals after 00:30 am.

Departure.

The time of departure will be before 10:00 am on the last day of your stay. If you want to leave the apartment before 09:00 am, you have tell us before.

Note: If you cannot occupy the apartment on the estimated day as well as if you want to leave earlier, LITORAL can not make any refunds on the already paid rental price.

OBLIGATIONS OF TENENT

Payment of the Security Deposit:Upon arrival in our office, the tenant will pay a security deposit .The deposit will be returned at the moment of departure and after inspection of the accommodation by the LITORAL team. The deposit will be entirely returned whenever there are no damages caused and the property is considered generally clean.

If you wish to bring a pet on holiday, please contact the reservation department.

Exact occupation:The occupation of the apartment will be limited to the number of persons indicated in your Rental Voucher. In case of exceed the top capacity of the accomodation, LITORAL has the right to expell these persons.

CANCELATION BY COSTUMER

In case you have to cancell your booking, please contact the reservation department as soon as possible.

Our conditions of cancellation:

If you cancel the booking at 30 days before your arrival, LITORAL will retain 50% of the already paid amount of the deposit.

If you cancel the booking less than 30 days before arrival, no refunds can be made.

REPLACEMENTS OR CANCELLATION BY LITORAL

In the case of severe incidents (water damage, fire, war, etc.), litoral will replace the reserved accommodation by another, with the same characteristics or a superior category, depending on the availability. Should this not be possible or acceptable, LITORAL will refund you the whole paid amount.

LITORAL can replace the accommodation by an other (same or better category) without previous notification.

Claim forms are at your disposal in our office.
