- Armarios cocina algunos en mal estado
- Las persianas del comedor y habitación de matrimonio para subirlas había que hacer mucha fuerza pesaban mucho

Limpieza, faltaban pilas a los mandos del aire, las persianas iban muy duras, el mimipimer estaba en muy mal estado y las puertas de los muebles de la cocina un poco descolgadas.
