Nous avons fait un mail à l'agence pour leur signaler que le micro onde était hors service. Dés le lendemain, nous avions la maintenance qui est venu nous changer le micro onde.

A la fin du séjour, nous avons fait un mail pour leur faire un retour sur notre séjour et pour leur signaler quelques petits problème rencontrer dans l'appartement. Aussitôt, l'agence a répondu et nous a indiqué qu'il tenait compte de nos remarques et qu'il ferait le nécessaire. |

Nous tenons vraiment à ce que nos hôtes se sentent pris en charge. En ce qui concerne le nettoyage, nous comprenons votre frustration. Nous demandons que l'appartement soit laissé dans le même état au sens de « non endommagé » et non au sens de propreté. Il suffit de laisser la cuisine et les ustensiles de cuisine propres et bien rangés et de sortir les ordures. Superbe séjour appartement propre et face à la mer. La piscine est très bien exposée au soleil. Une crique avec une plage paradisiaque vous attend face au logement. Peu de monde sur cette crique donc tranquilite assurée.
