It is located in a quiet residential area of Miami Platja, close to supermarket, restaurants and shops, 800 m from the sandy beach and 800 m from the centre of Miami Platja, in an ideal area for families.
It has a large garden with lawn and private swimming pool with sun loungers, outdoor shower, barbecue, internet access (wifi), air conditioning, private swimming pool, parking space in the fenced plot, smart-tv with satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).

The Villa is excellent especially the new showers.
The area is nice and quit with nice neighbours and close to supermarkets.
The fact that we can have our children come over for a stay with us is a super plus.
